Below Grade Enterance 

Below-Grade entrance is the type of entrance one can opt for their secondary unit in
case they are not comfortable with common or shared entrance. In simple words it is
an outside entrance with stairs leading down into the basement. It can be
constructed at rear side of the house or side, taking into consideration the setback
requirements by Ontario Building code.
