Permit Process

STEP 1: On-Site Measurement

Necessary Information required from client:

▪ Legal property survey (In case the owner does not have legal property survey we offer the service of searching and buying at owner’s cost) & Floor Plan 

STEP 2: Drawing preparation and discussion for Owner approval with minimum two possible options. 

STEP 3: Apply for registration and building permit for the creation of a two-unit dwelling.

STEP 4: Preliminary Review and Fee Payment

▪ City fee as per project type and respective municipality

▪ Architect fee as per service 

STEP 5: Permit Issuance

A Building Permit is your formal permission to begin construction, demolition, addition or renovation on your property

STEP 6: Complete construction and call for inspections.
